CM-3 Administrative Absences

At any time leave is taken by Health Sciences Center Administrative Heads or at anytime travel on Health Sciences Center business, it is necessary that they designate a person in their department to function on their behalf. It is also required that the designee be advised of where the Administrative Head may be reached in the event of an emergency situation.

For the purpose of this memorandum, Administrative Heads include the following:

• Dean
• Vice-Chancellors
• Assistant and Associate Dean
• Hospital Administrator
• Clinical Department Heads
• Basis Science Department Heads
